“ We had the pleasure of working with Keith and Kacy Construction to build our dream home. From day one, our eye for detail and design was aligned with Keith’s pursuit for the highest quality and skilled workmanship. Our house is around 100 years old and was extensively extended and renovated, not one room was left untouched. Through the year-long construction period, Keith and his team of skilled builders and craftspeople worked with us and our architect to bring our vision to life. We had a few surprises along the way, as you do with every historic renovation, but all were met with pragmatism and solutions which did not compromise the finish, the design or the quality. Communication was open and our regular meetings ensured we were all up to date with the budget, the build and timeline. We had a hard deadline for our build and Keith and his team worked day and night - and many weekends - to ensure it was met which we are very grateful for. Our vision to ensure our house had a low carbon footprint was also met with experience and creativity, ensuring all parts of the build met high standards.
